Every virtuous householder takes on the task of composting kitchen scraps and organic waste or has a small worm farm that turns these materials into amazing fertilizer.
The city council has filled us in with tips and help with these projects and promotes a clean and green image for the city. As well, bottles, plastics and papers are collected by contractors for recycling and for a reduction in landfill.
