Clunk, clunk, clunk. Two clunkers were on the tow trucks after an accident on Maitland Road. Although clunkers is an exaggeration, one car was a large VW sedan and the other was a Toyota 3WD.

The Centre is attached to the John Hunter Hospital, New Lambton, and has orthopaedic type services and more. The Centre replaces the original 'Royal' by the seaside in Newcastle East, which has been demolished and the land sold for high rise apartments.

The Mater Hospital has been rebuild along pleasant lines. It could be said this general hospital specialises in Oncology and Mental Health services.
It may have limited beds but it has a bright Delimarche.
